I wanted to address a few things for those are you who may not understand fully what my online challenges are all about:
- It's 100% online !!
- The Challenge itself starts on a specific day and ends on a specific day
- 8-week or 12-week challenge between ladies with similar goals in health and fitness
- It involves an 8-week or 12-week training program dependent on which Challenge you choose (BBC or BABC)
- It involves a nutritional program and customized meal plan tailored to the individual with specific fitness goals in mind
- Constant communication throughout the Challenge
- More accountability and support by the other ladies participating in the Challenge
- Prizes for the chosen winners (based on photos, weight, and measurements)
